Cancellations

 

a) For stays of less than 3 days:

 

- 90% of the booking deposit paid will be refunded when the cancellation is notified more than 15 calendar days prior to the arrival date.

- 50% of the booking deposit paid will be refunded when the cancellation is notified between 15 and 7 calendar days prior to the arrival date.

​

- 0% of the booking deposit paid will be refunded when the cancellation is notified less than 7 calendar days prior to the arrival date.

b) For stays of more than 3 days, rental of classrooms or other hostel facilities and summer camps:

​

- 90% of the booking deposit paid will be refunded when the cancellation is notified more than 30 calendar days prior to the arrival date.

​

- 50% of the booking deposit paid will be refunded when the cancellation is notified between 30 and 15 calendar days prior to the arrival date.

​​

- 0% of the booking deposit paid will be refunded when the cancellation is notified less than 15 calendar days prior to the arrival date.
