ROOM RULES
1. At the end of their stay, guests must remove all their personal belongings from the room. The establishment is not responsible for the loss of any personal items.
2. All guests are required to return their access card once they have left the room. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the security deposit paid on arrival (€10).
3. From 10 p.m. onwards, silence must be maintained in the rooms and common areas, advocating the use of a moderate volume of voice and/or electronic devices. Any guest arriving at the room after this time must do so quietly and respect the rest of the other guests staying at the establishment.
4. For hygiene reasons and to facilitate the cleaning of the rooms, all guests must leave their belongings tidied away in the wardrobes and/or on their beds.
5. Pillows, mattresses and/or bedding may not be removed from the room. Failure to comply will result in the corresponding penalty being charged.
6. Under no circumstances may guests spend the night outside their rooms, and it is expressly prohibited to do so in common areas.
7. Animals of any kind are not allowed in the rooms, except in the cases specified in the Internal Regulations of this establishment.
8. Eating in the room is not permitted.
9. Any damage caused to the facilities or furniture will be assessed by Management and invoiced as an extra charge to the guest or group responsible.
10. Smoking is prohibited inside the room.
11. Towels are available to guests for an additional rental fee. Please enquire at reception.
12. The maximum occupancy of the room is 1 person per bed.
13. Water is a scarce resource. Please use it responsibly.
14. Remember that there are other guests staying in the room. Respect is essential to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
